James has a master’s in behavioural science from the London School of Economics, and spent 10 years in people and consulting before founding MoreThanNow in 2016. He specialises in making experiments happen and bridging the gap between academia and the corporate world.

Katryn spent ten years working in responsible business and human rights before retraining as a behavioural scientist. She has a master’s in Behaviour Change from UCL and currently leads the and leads the Diversity and Inclusion, Ethics and Leadership portfolio.

Gus got her master’s from the London School of Economics in Psychology of Economic Life, after reading Liberal Arts at the University of Bristol. She works under the social impact portfolio on DEI, ethics and wellbeing experiments.

Cansın is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Exeter. She has a doctorate in Economics, and specialises in field experiments and rigorous data analysis. Her current research focuses on gender gaps in the workplace.

Oliver is an Economics Professor at the University of Exeter, as well as an Alan Turing Fellow and a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. He spearheaded the BIG IDEAs Initiatives, which uses RCT’s to reduce bias in the workplace initiative. His research been published in leading publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and Nature.
