Oliver is an Economics Professor at the University of Exeter, as well as an Alan Turing Fellow and a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. He spearheaded the BIG IDEAs Initiatives, which uses RCT’s to reduce bias in the workplace initiative. His research been published in leading publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and Nature.
