Behavioural science can transform the way we think about workplace change. Our education philosophy is all about group-learning and real-time action. We take multi-disciplinary teams, already working together on a single project or cultural priority, through intense action-learning experiences. Our model builds capability in behavioural science while helping people explore the precise value it can bring to their organisation.


The Flagship Education Programme

This 3-day programme is for change practitioners who want to maximise their impact with behavioural science, with our next quarterly in-person experience in London in January 2024. The results have changed the way many of our attendees, from organisations as diverse as TfL, AstraZeneca, Novartis, TSB, BT and the Cabinet Office, think about their work and careers. What will you learn?

The programme is designed to offer a personalised learning experience. We do so by guiding you through what it means to address culture as a Behavioural Scientist, how to measure behaviour change and how to run robust experiments in your own organisation, supported by 1-1 time with the MoreThanNow team as well as the Professors.

Our team members all hold at least a Master's degree in Behavioral Science from top-tier institutions, and possess a wealth of experience in implementing similar projects within corporate settings. They are also well-versed in conducting research that meets the rigorous standards of scientific journals with past experience of running them with professors from institutions such as Harvard Business School.

By the end, you and your team will have a firm grip on:

  • Key behavioural science theories and frameworks;

  • How to run a scientific experiment that measures behaviour change;

  • Securing buy-in from key stakeholders on how to implement and effectively communicate behavioural science.
