Hybrid Work: The Inclusion Question

with TSB, Nationwide Building Society AND THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL RESEARCH COUNCIL.

Hybrid work is not inclusive or exclusive, it has the potential to be either. To use it as a tool for progress, we must design it purposefully, test for impact, and adapt to what we find.

It might not be comfortable to seek cracks in hybrid working, but spotting them quickly and adapting is the way we’ll design a better future of work.
— Zsofia Belovai, Senior Behavioural Scientist

As organisations continue to refine their approach to hybrid working, we urge them to experiment with ways to promote inclusive and performance-enhancing outcomes. We’re delighted that TSB and Nationwide Building Society are with us on this journey, in addition to the RCT’s cited at BT, Ericsson and Novartis in the report. We invite more organisations to collaborate with us on this journey.
