MoreThanNow is a behavioural change agency using science and creativity to transform the workplace. For us, this means aligning inclusivity, employee happiness and high-performance at work: a relationship that strengthens as we look to the future and away from the here and now.
We believe our mission deserves us at our best; working transparently, empathetically and at the cutting edge of behavioural science, design and communications. We want to help solve our clients problems AND contribute to a growing understanding of human behaviour. It encourages us to seek out the unknown in every project and explore and experiment with every step.
That’s where you come in.
We are looking for a creative and passionate designer who has experience working across a range of media and channels. You’ll demonstrate versatility and strong conceptual skills and, as the single full-time creative in the team, you’ll be comfortable pitching your ideas to multi-discipline teams and working collectively to develop those ideas into final solutions.
You’ll be working alongside mix of behavioural scientists and communications strategists on complex challenges that share a common objective; creating workplaces that are fairer, more productive and more ethical. Our projects cover D&I, Innovation, employee wellbeing and recruitment and employer brand campaigns, to name but a few. Previous experience in these fields isn’t essential, but a shared passion for an evidence-based approach to creativity and communications is.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the design and visual output of the agency. This includes executing a broad range of client projects spanning various internal and external channels including digital, print, events, experiential, and more. It also includes the ownership and evolution of MoreThanNow creative identity, working with the rest of the team to create engaging visual content and contributing to our insight blog and social media output with the latest creative and design thinking. Whatever you’re doing, you’ll always follow a similar process of discovery, intervention design and experimentation. And like all of us, you’ll always be learning something new.
- 3 years + experience working as an integrated designer.
- A portfolio of beautifully executed ideas.
- Approach design with an experimental mindset, using data and insights to influence your output
- The ability to work autonomously, to be proactive and with good time-management skills
- A desire to learn
- You will own your own laptop/relevant software
- An interest in/knowledge of behavioural science, psychology, human centered design.
- Skills in motion, experiential/events design are a plus
We’ll be formally inviting applications in late August 2018 through our friends at Applied, but we’d like to offer a coffee (or tea) to anyone interested in exploring the role in advance.
Please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to find out more.
